Beautyrobic Sense – our new lesson type, which is based on stretching but offers much more – is an excellent addition to the Beautyrobic Workout and the Beautyrobic Core. The name already transmits sensuality, which characterizes the entire lesson.
With Beautyrobic Sense, not only can you introduce new variations into your daily workouts, but also show your guests a whole new form of movement that invigorates body, soul and spirit alike; as well as restoring female energies, letting the ancient female self-confidence and self-trust work unnoticeably.
At the end of this sexy, sensual stretching class there is a special relaxation section that gradually develops femininity and confidence. Beautyrobic Sense is not just a selfness class. The extra elements – such as the special oil, essential oils evaporated in a diffuser, and a heated room together – make it a quality workout.
During the training, we help you both theoretically and practically to master our unique training method developed and used by us for Beautyrobic Sense instructors, so that you can pass on the feeling of Beautyobic to your guests after the exam.
The course ends with an exam.

To become a Beautyrobic Sense Instructor you must be certified as one of the followings:
Group Fitness Instructor
Fitness Instructor
Dance Teacher
Physiotherapist
or have other appropriate qualifications
