This form of workout is named after the core muscles. The collective name includes the deep muscles of the trunk (abdominals, waist, lower back). Its uniqueness comes from the fact that it works all muscle groups, with a particular emphasis on the CORE muscles, but does so in a beautiful, graceful way. With its regular practice the changes of the body are extremely spectacular and quick. It even develops a sense of balance. It is a form of training with slower dynamics, but still with an extraordinary effect. These movements – certified by a physiotherapist – are especially recommended for women doing sedentary work or having postural problems.

During the training, we help you both theoretically and practically to master our unique training method developed and used by us for Beautyrobic Core instructors, so that you can pass on the feeling of Beautyobic to your guests after the exam.

The course ends with an exam.

To become a Beautyrobic Core Instructor you must be certified as one of the followings:

Group Fitness Instructor
Fitness Instructor
Dance Teacher
Physiotherapist
or have other appropriate qualifications
