If we want to feel good in our own body, or if we want to reach a toned body, we have to work for it! And not as a campaign, but regularly!

Anyone can get a little discouraged sometimes (for example, the summer heat can be tempting, or the weather can be bad), so I want to share with you a simple trick that I use when it’s time to exercise and I feel like I don’t want to exercise, I don’t want to move.

Motivating Yourself to Exercise Even When You Don’t Feel Like It:

We all encounter moments when the desire to exercise is lacking. Whether it’s due to a busy schedule, high temperatures (or it’s just a rainy day), or simply a lack of enthusiasm, it’s essential to have strategies in place to overcome these hurdles. Here’s a fail-safe method that combines three powerful steps to keep you on track:

STEP ONE – ENVISION YOUR IDEAL BODY
Think about the body you want (if there’s a picture that motivates you, take a look)

STEP TWO – PUMP UP THE MUSIC
Meanwhile, put on some music that you love that gets you pumped up, that motivates you, that gets you fired up and listen to it at max volume (at work, preferably with headphones🙂 )

STEP THREE – DANCE INTO ACTION
While listening to music, start moving your body, dance and wear your favourite workout clothes!
