The Beautyrobic Workout is full of killer fat burning, body shaping exercises and sexy, dancing, feminine elements.
Thanks to the various isolations and the special femininity-enhancing exercises (such as hip rolls, pelvic tilts, squats, breakouts, and leg lifts), it is both a sexy and effective full body shaper. It brings out your total attractiveness. It’s our most dynamic type of training. Anyone will absolutely adore it who specifically loves the cardio, the more dynamic workouts, the sexy music, being in a hot mood and just shaking those booties. As with any Beautyrobic workout, we place great emphasis on prevention. Our movements are developed not to hurt the joints.

To become a Beautyrobic Workout Instructor you must be certified as one of the followings:
Group Fitness Instructor
Fitness Instructor
Dance Teacher
Physiotherapist
or have other appropriate qualifications
